Bookkeeper - Part Time

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our Firm on a seasonal, flex-time basis.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in basic bookkeeping functions
• Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - experience with accounting software a plus
• Is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and a team player
• Is able to work a flexible schedule  

Responsibilities include:

• Working with payroll, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Light tax preparation for individuals and partnership/corporate entities
